What's Considered A Bad Case Of Genital Warts

As many know, a star of government measures to save energy is to reduce street lighting. So is the hair this estimate of consumption for lighting in Spain : we are the biggest spenders, it seems. But let me give you a little spin: If you spend 115 kWh per inhabitant per year, compared with 45 in Germany, could say that we waste 70 kWh / hab. If we multiply by the 45 million inhabitants, we have 3,150 GWh per year. The total electricity demand in Spain is approximately 260,000 GWh, so we're talking about a 1% reduction potential (and only in electricity, if we pass energy is less than half). Come on, yes, save some saves, but what about speed: it is no more effective measures such as stop subsidizing the price of electricity?
